2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Registration: Name, email address, phone number, physical address, and password.
  • Business Verification: Company name, MC Number, USDOT Number, CVOR (Ontario), insurance certificates, and operating authority documents.
  • Payment Information: Credit card details and billing address. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Freight Data: Information regarding loads posted (origin, destination, weight, commodity) and truck availability.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, beacons, and pixels to analyze trends and administer the Platform.

2.3 Geolocation and GPS Data

  • Mobile App: With your explicit permission, our mobile application may collect precise geolocation data from your device to enable real-time load tracking and "search near me" features.
  • Background Location: If you enable "Always Allow" location services, we may collect location data even when the app is closed to provide shippers with real-time updates. You may disable this at any time in your device settings.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information for the following business purposes:

  • Service Provision: To create and manage your account, match loads with trucks, and process payments.
  • AI & Security: We utilize AI and Machine Learning models to scan posted content for prohibited items, spam, and fraud. We also use data to detect bot activity and scraping attempts.
  • Communication: To send transactional emails (receipts), service notifications (load matches), and support responses.

4. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Other Users: When you post a load or a truck, your contact information (phone, email) is visible to other subscribed users to facilitate the transaction. We may also display credit/safety ratings sourced from third parties.
  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors (cloud hosting, payment processors, AI security vendors) who assist in operating our business.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to prevent wrongdoing such as double brokering fraud.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary. Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. For deleted accounts, we retain transaction and identity verification data for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with tax obligations and legal requirements. We reserve the right to retain such data indefinitely for fraud prevention, internal auditing, business analysis, and legal defense purposes.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
