How To Register

Visit the Registration Page

Go to the registration page by clicking on the 'Sign Up' button on the login page.

Fill in the Registration form

Enter the following required details:

Company Name
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Password (Make sure it's strong and secure)
Confirm Password (Re-enter your password to ensure accuracy)

Submit the Form

Click the "Register" button to complete the process.

If all fields are entered correctly, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Verify Email Address

To verify your email address:

Check your inbox for a verification email from Ram Freight Technologies.
Open the email and click on the verification link provided.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Once verified, return to the load board and log in with your credentials.

Login to the Application

After verifying your email, you can log in to the load board app using your registered email and password.

Complete 2FA Registration

Security Setup

Choose a 2FA method that best suits your security preferences. Options may include:

Authenticator App (such as Google Authenticator or Authy)
SMS Code sent to your registered phone number
Email Code for verification
Follow the setup instructions provided for your selected method.
Once configured, enter the verification code generated or sent to confirm activation.
This extra security layer helps protect your account from unauthorized access.

Choose one of the following 2FA methods to secure your account:

Use any Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) app. Open your authenticator, tap 'Add', scan the QR code provided, then enter the 6-digit code shown to verify.

Select subscription plan

Review the available options to determine which best suits your needs. You may have choices like:

Carrier Plan for transportation companies managing freight
Broker / Shipping Plan for intermediaries connecting shippers and carriers
Mechanic Plan for professionals providing maintenance services
Select one or multiple plans depending on your business requirements.
Confirm your selection and proceed to payment or trial activation.

Sign-Up Finished

After a successful subscription, you’ll be redirected to the load board platform. Based on your selected subscription plan, you’ll gain access to relevant features.

Additional setup options:
Upload your company logo to personalize your profile.
Request verification status to enhance credibility within the platform.
